CalcLife Hub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This page explains how to submit a copyright infringement claim and how we respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How to submit a DMCA takedown notice

To file a copyright infringement notice, please send a written communication that includes the following information:

  1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our site (URL(s)).
  4. A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

Send notices to our designated agent via email: support@calclifehub.com. Include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line.

Counter‑notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter‑notice containing:

Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
