End User License Agreement (EULA) & Refund Policy

Scope

This EULA governs your use of any downloadable software, widgets, or premium services provided by CalcLife Hub. By downloading, installing, or using such software or services, you agree to the terms below.

License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, CalcLife Hub grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the software for personal or internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Restrictions

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where permitted by law.
• Do not remove or alter proprietary notices or labels.
• Do not use the software for unlawful purposes.

Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the software remain with CalcLife Hub or its licensors. This EULA does not transfer ownership to you.

Warranty disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalcLife Hub disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

CalcLife Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software or $100, whichever is greater.

Refund policy

If you purchase a paid product or subscription, refunds are handled as follows:

• One‑time purchases: Refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase may be eligible for a refund, subject to review.
• Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Refunds for partial subscription periods are granted at our discretion and may be prorated.

Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CalcLife Hub operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
